1 Introduction

Welcome to ho777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ho777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing ho777 — whether through the website at ho777.win, the mobile app, or any other platform interface — and by registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on ho777. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers or different payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid phone number and a working email address. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if anything changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ho777 account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

• Accounts must be registered by the individual who will use them — proxy registration is not permitted.

• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at ho777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 50. Deposits are typically credited to your ho777 account within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions. ho777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as the applicable payment method allows. ho777 does not apply additional fees to withdrawals on its side, but third-party transfer fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

• Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• ho777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method before processing a withdrawal.
• Funds in your ho777 account may not be transferred to another player's account.
• ho777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is an ongoing investigation relating to the account in question.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 7 for full details.

5 Sports Betting Rules

ho777 Sports covers cricket (international T20, ODI, Test and all Pakistan Super League fixtures), football, esports, tennis, basketball and more than 25 other sports. Pre-match and live in-play betting are available on most events. Ball-by-ball markets are available on selected PSL and international cricket fixtures.

Bets are final once confirmed. The minimum sports bet is PKR 50. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point at which your bet is confirmed by the system. Once a bet slip is accepted and a confirmation reference number is issued, the odds are locked in.

• Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport and market, which are available in the ho777 Sports help section.
• ho777 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed error or obvious system mistake.
• Accumulator bets (multiple selections on a single bet slip) are permitted. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated without that selection.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant sports section.
• Live in-play betting is subject to short delays between user action and bet confirmation due to real-time odds processing. This is normal and does not constitute a system error.

ho777 takes match integrity seriously. Any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of corruption may be voided at ho777's discretion, regardless of the original outcome.

6 Casino and Games

ho777's casino section includes table games, roulette, baccarat, blackjack and more. The live casino provides real dealers streaming 24 hours a day across multiple tables and game formats. The slots library includes hundreds of titles from established game providers. Fish games are available in the dedicated fish games section, and the game lobby brings the full range together in one place.

All casino and game outcomes at ho777 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for non-live titles, and by real dealer action for live casino tables. ho777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and table. These are displayed clearly within each game interface before you begin play.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, ho777 will use server-side records to determine the outcome of any round that was in progress. The recorded result stands.
• Any technical malfunction that prevents a game from completing correctly will result in that round being voided and the stake returned. This does not apply to completed rounds where the result has been recorded.
• Game rules specific to each title — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages — are available within the game itself or in the game lobby description.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ho777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. The specific terms of each bonus — including the eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, expiry period and any sport or game restrictions — are stated at the point the offer is presented to you. Those specific terms form part of the overall agreement when you opt in to a promotion.

General bonus rules that apply to all ho777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The required turnover multiplier is stated per promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are kept separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.

8 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ho777 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

ho777 uses automated monitoring systems alongside manual review to detect unusual betting patterns, account behaviour and payment anomalies. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, ho777 may freeze an account, request additional verification or withhold a pending withdrawal while the review is conducted.
